12. Hollow body bridge hold is another great exercise that can improve your sex life. All you need to do is to lie face up (or down if you do a reverse version as the guy in the picture) with your legs straights and your arms at a 45 degree angle. Then raise your hips off the floor and squeeze your glutes. Hold in this position for 30 seconds. After some time, you can hold in that position for 2 minutes and improve the effects of the exercise.
